Koziol has the size to be an interesting red-zone and package player. He is a rookie project, but Jacksonville's heavier personnel plans give him a logical way to earn early snaps.
Strengths: Excellent size, draft investment and a scheme that plans to feature more tight-end personnel support his upside.
Weaknesses: He needs stronger blocking technique and more polished route pacing before he can become a dependable every-down option.
