Settle's value is refreshingly simple: hold the point, muddy run lanes and let the faster players make tackles. Washington badly needed that after 2025. He is not the line's headline pass rusher, but a solid nose changes the math for everyone.
Strengths: Anchor strength, double-team absorption, run-lane control, and familiarity with the franchise.
