Wallace has the movement skills that make a young linebacker worth keeping an eye on. He can chase, blitz and play through traffic, and his 2025 splash production says there is more here than just a coverage unit body. The Jets do not need to force-feed him snaps right away; letting him earn defensive work behind experienced players while he contributes on teams is the sensible path.
Strengths: Range, downhill pursuit, blitz potential, tackle production and youth.
Weaknesses: New scheme, inconsistent role to date and still-developing coverage discipline.
