Forsyth is the kind of backup center contenders need: prepared, physical enough and already trusted in a meaningful start. His value is readiness more than volume.
Strengths: Interior depth, preparation, spot-start experience, communication and scheme continuity.
Weaknesses: Limited established NFL sample and a blocked path behind Denver's incumbent starter.

Forsyth is a good reserve-center profile: he has started games, plays special teams and brings enough guard/tackle experience to understand the whole picture. A four is accurate because he is still depth behind Wattenberg, not a full-time starter. His value spikes if injury hits the interior; he has already shown he can step in without the game looking completely foreign.
Strengths: He has true interior versatility, four NFL starts and a high-quality college résumé. Forsyth's intelligence, snap experience and special-teams value make him a practical game-day reserve.
Weaknesses: He has not yet earned a sustained NFL starting role, and his sample against top interior rushers is limited. He must keep improving his anchor and play strength to become more than competent depth.
