ok bryce is for real. 1268 yards, 9 tds and only 2 picks. i thought he was a bust and i was wrong, 329 yards last week
been way better than expected, most passing yards in this group. throws well on the move and plays with confidence. knee is a little concerning but he looks like a real starter now.
Against Detroit, he repeatedly trusted the timing of the concept instead of waiting for receivers to become wide open. That's the difference between a quarterback operating an offense and one dictating coverage.
The Bryce Young breakout isn't coming — it's happening. Carolina finally looks like it has built an offense that allows Young to play like the franchise QB it drafted him to be.
Young has grown from a talented prospect into the quarterback of a team that expects to matter. His game is built on processing, touch and poise; the next challenge is carrying that command when opponents now treat Carolina like a division target.
Strengths: Franchise-starter role, confidence, processing, touch, leadership, and 2025 division-title momentum.
Weaknesses: Defenses have more film and expectations are higher; he still must consistently finish drives against top pressure packages.
