Campbell is a depth player who has to make every practice rep count. There is no need to invent a bigger role than the evidence supports. His route to staying active is sharp execution, coverage-unit value and making the most of the limited targets that come his way in a talented receiver room.
Strengths: Young reserve depth with current roster status and the opportunity to add value through effort, assignment discipline and special teams.
Weaknesses: He has very little documented NFL offensive production, so his receiving ceiling is unproven. He must create separation and show enough game-day utility to beat out other developmental options.
