team is 3-1 and he hasn't been turnover prone, only 2 picks. runs more than i expected, 127 yards on the ground. fine, nothing crazy
honestly better than i expected. 5 tds and he's running a lot. but the accuracy and decision making still feels off at times and it's mostly dink and dunk. browns are 2-1 so whatever works.
Watson may be closer to his old form than most people realize.
Watson won the starting job by putting together a more settled camp and building timing with Cleveland's new pass catchers. The talent is obvious; the season hinges on turning that camp rhythm into efficient, repeatable football.
Strengths: Starter designation, experience, deep-ball flashes, and growing chemistry with a rebuilt receiver room.
Weaknesses: The new scheme and recent competition underline that consistency—not raw talent—is the key unresolved question.
