Dre Greenlaw Scouting Report (3)
22 tackles, quad is a worry. fits great next to Warner.
Greenlaw being back next to Warner just feels right, but I cannot grade him like the old version without acknowledging the last two years. He played only two games in 2024 and eight for Denver last season. When he was out there in 2025, he still made 43 tackles with a sack, an interception and a forced fumble, so the instincts and aggression did not disappear. He plays downhill fast and brings an edge that this defense missed. The question is whether his body can let him play that way every week again. I have him at a six right now—good starter ability, serious availability risk, and a chance to rise if he finally stays healthy.
Strengths: Greenlaw trusts what he sees and attacks immediately. He closes running lanes quickly, tackles with real force and has enough range to chase plays outside the numbers. His experience beside Warner also matters because the two communicate well and understand how to pass off coverage responsibilities.
Weaknesses: Durability is impossible to separate from the evaluation after 10 total regular-season appearances over two years. His aggressive angles can also work against him when a back cuts behind the flow or an offense uses misdirection. He needs to prove both the burst and week-to-week recovery are back.
