Guerendo's straight-line burst is real. As a rookie he averaged five yards a carry, ripped off a 76-yarder and showed he can turn one clean crease into a huge play. Last year was basically a lost offensive season, and now he is on active/PUP, so it would be unfair to grade him only on athletic upside. He is a dangerous changeup when healthy, but he still has to prove he can stay available and handle all the details of the position.
Strengths: At 221 pounds with 4.33 speed, Guerendo has a rare power-speed combination. He accelerates violently through open lanes, can run away from pursuit, catches the ball cleanly enough for screens and adds kickoff-return value.
Weaknesses: His vision and pacing are less consistent when the first lane is muddy, and he has not shown a sustained passing-down or protection role. No offensive touches in 2025 plus the current PUP placement make availability the biggest issue.
