Foster has the college résumé—38 straight Missouri starts and All-SEC honors—but almost no NFL tape. Four Jacksonville games and a year on Cincinnati's practice squad still leave him as a projection. I have him at a four. Making the 53 is progress; now he has to prove he can actually protect the edge if either starting tackle goes down.
Strengths: He has solid size, extensive SEC starting experience and enough pedigree to have been a fourth-round pick. A full year learning Cincinnati's system should improve his readiness.
Weaknesses: Foster has yet to play a regular-season offensive snap and is already 26. His recovery quickness and ability to handle NFL speed remain largely untested.
