Scott is a dependable field-position specialist with real hangtime and a quietly vital role as Dicker's holder. The roster churn did not change the fit: he knows the operation and can make returners work.

Strengths: Hangtime, placement, holding, experience, inside-the-20 work and calm operation.

Weaknesses: Punting performance can swing with coverage and protection, and he has to reestablish rhythm after late roster movement.
