Benson earned a real opportunity by making the most of the little ones. He is still a developmental tackle, but his path from tryout to roster suggests the staff sees traits worth investing snaps in.
Strengths: Earned role from tryout, strong offseason impression, initial-53 retention, and developmental tackle traits.
Weaknesses: Limited proven NFL game experience and a likely reserve role behind more established linemen.
