4 for 8, 93 yds and a td vs denver. flashy game for a young guy. not much else this season tho.
Mumpfield is going to force his way into a much bigger role. The Rams can't keep treating him like a complementary receiver.
Mumpfield is the kind of depth receiver who can quietly earn trust. He has already shown he can be where Stafford expects on timing throws; the next step is turning those moments into more third-receiver snaps.
Strengths: Knows the system, contributed in every game last year, and showed back-shoulder timing with the first quarterback in camp.
Weaknesses: His 2025 offensive volume was modest, and the presence of Nacua and Adams limits the margin for inconsistent details.
