Jackson's length and inside-outside flexibility give the new front another useful look. His first priority is proving the leg injury is fully behind him, then building a consistent disruptive role.
Strengths: Length, versatility, youth, scheme fit and developmental upside.
Weaknesses: 2025 leg injury interrupted development and he must establish a clear NFL role.

Jackson is still mostly a projection because the knee injury erased his rookie runway. The upside is easy to see: a 6-foot-6 frame, a relentless motor and 16 college sacks. He says he has added strength and feels comfortable in the new defense, which is encouraging. I have him at a six because there is real developmental starter potential, but he first has to prove that the knee is behind him and turn college pressure into NFL production.
Strengths: He brings uncommon length, high effort and a developed understanding of how to chase plays through the whistle. Jackson can use his frame to set the edge and has enough college production to suggest pass-rush growth.
Weaknesses: The NFL record is three games without production, and the knee injury interrupted vital developmental time. He must add functional strength and a reliable counter move against veteran tackles.
