10 tackles, 1 sack and 2.5 tfl. nice piece for denver.
Roach is a high-effort, flexible interior piece who keeps the standard high when Denver rotates. He plays the run with real urgency and offers useful pocket push.
Strengths: Run defense, effort, versatility, quickness and rotational value.
Weaknesses: More disruptive than prolific as a finisher, with a smaller role than the front's headline starters.
Roach has turned himself into a real piece of Denver's front, not just a body in the rotation. He brings energy, fights against the run and found more pocket production with four sacks in 2025. The extension makes sense. A six is a strong complementary grade. Health is the one checkmark after his early IR stint, but his motor and versatility fit this defense well.
Strengths: He plays with high effort, sturdy run-defense discipline and increasing interior pass-rush value. Roach has shown he can contribute meaningful snaps without needing a featured role and can create disruption with his motor.
Weaknesses: His 2025 season included an injury-related absence, and he is not a classic high-volume starter. He must stay healthy and continue winning with technique because his role relies on energy and rotational efficiency.
