A seven is right for a quality starter whose value rises with continuity. He does not have to be flashy; he has to keep the edge firm and let the offense lean into its run-action identity.

Strengths: He is a seasoned, physical right tackle with extensive starting and postseason experience. McGlinchey brings run-blocking force, scheme knowledge and the ability to handle a high snap load when healthy.

Weaknesses: Speed rushers can challenge his pass-protection range, and his career includes injury interruptions. Denver needs him to maintain foot quickness and availability as he moves deeper into his thirties.
