Neville Gallimore

Gallimore is solid veteran depth who can give Jarrett breathers without changing the unit's physical identity. His best snaps come when he can attack a single blocker inside.

Strengths: Experience, interior quickness, recent career-best production and useful rotational reliability.

Weaknesses: He is not a dominant anchor against every double team and has typically been more complementary than front-line disruptive.

Gallimore arrives after the best season of his career, and Chicago needs exactly that kind of interior depth. He had 38 tackles, 3.5 sacks and three pass breakups while starting eight games in Indianapolis. He is quicker and more disruptive than a pure nose tackle, which complements Jarrett and the edge group. I have him at a six because the 2025 production needs to carry over, but there is a real rotation player here who can get upfield and make guards uncomfortable.

Strengths: He has good first-step quickness for 307 pounds, can penetrate single blocks and showed more pass-rush finish in 2025. Gallimore also has enough experience to rotate in without a steep learning curve.

Weaknesses: His prior production was inconsistent and he can be moved by double teams when asked to anchor rather than attack. He must maintain pad level and gap discipline to avoid becoming a situational pass-rush-only player.
