Gargiulo is still a developmental interior player whose availability has been the big obstacle. There is room to grow once healthy, but he needs real NFL snaps before the scouting report can get bolder.
Strengths: Interior-line developmental profile, youth, team familiarity and persistence through rehab.
Weaknesses: Knee-related availability concerns, no regular-season game experience and a crowded depth chart.

Gargiulo is still a developmental interior lineman, not someone Denver has had to lean on yet. The future-contract and late 2025 elevation show the club sees something worth keeping around, but PUP status puts the immediate focus on health. A three is appropriately cautious. He needs availability and a longer practice-to-game runway before he can make a real push for snaps.
Strengths: He has NFL organizational familiarity, guard size and a developmental path inside a strong line room. Gargiulo can learn behind elite veterans and benefit from a clear right-guard depth role.
Weaknesses: He has little meaningful regular-season evidence and is currently on PUP. Until he is healthy and shows consistency in protection and run blocking, his projection remains largely developmental.
