Rehkow is already one of the best punters in football. He averaged 50.5 yards, put 28 inside the 20 and finished eighth in net average. I have him at a nine. Eleven touchbacks are the only nitpick; the distance is ridiculous, the operation is steady and he repeatedly flips bad field position.
Strengths: Rehkow combines elite leg strength, repeatable contact and reliable holding duties. His gross and net averages have been excellent from the moment he entered the league.
Weaknesses: He can outkick the coverage or drive the ball into the end zone when a softer placement punt is preferable. Eleven touchbacks left hidden yards available.
