Benson's 2025 tape sample was encouraging: 5.5 yards per carry and useful receiving involvement before the knee injury cut everything short. Arizona now has more competition in the room, so this is a prove-it season. The athletic upside remains obvious, but he has to string healthy weeks together.
Strengths: Explosive runner with a strong 2025 per-carry mark and enough receiving work to stay involved on passing downs. He showed big-play ability in a limited role.
Weaknesses: Availability is the issue: he has missed half of his first two possible NFL seasons, including most of 2025 with a knee injury. He must earn touches in a much more crowded backfield.
