Brown is a reserve runner still building an NFL résumé. He has shown enough to make the most of a rare opportunity, but now has to turn that into steady trust on game day.
Strengths: Patience, depth readiness, a demonstrated scoring opportunity and potential special-teams utility.
Weaknesses: Minimal offensive sample and a crowded depth chart make his role fragile and his projection limited.

Brown made his tiny 2025 opportunity count: five carries, 37 yards and a touchdown. The 22-yard score showed enough burst to keep the intrigue alive, but five NFL carries after three seasons is still five carries. Now he starts 2026 on injured reserve, so his route back to a role is difficult behind Swift, Monangai and Johnson. I see a four—an experienced camp and special-teams depth back with one nice flash, not a proven rotation runner.
Strengths: He has good size, straight-line acceleration and a productive college history as both a runner and checkdown receiver. His limited 2025 work showed he can hit an open lane and finish a play with real speed.
Weaknesses: There is almost no NFL offensive evidence to evaluate, and prior injured-reserve and practice-squad seasons have interrupted development. His current IR status removes availability and leaves protection, vision and consistency largely unproven.
