Burks is a classic speed bet, but not a flimsy one. The 4.30 time jumps off the page, and the Colts also liked how explosive and strong he is for a smaller receiver. He can threaten space, compete for return work and make the veteran receiver room practice faster.
Strengths: True top-end speed, quick separation and unusually strong pound-for-pound traits. His college production and return potential give him multiple ways to develop value.
Weaknesses: As a seventh-round rookie, he still needs to learn the full NFL route tree and deal with physical coverage. The crowded receiver room makes special teams and assignment detail central to his early path.
