Ivey quietly got through all 17 games after the knee recovery and added three pass breakups in limited work. I have him at a five. His length and special-teams value belong on a roster, but three seasons without a start or interception make the defensive ceiling pretty clear for now.
Strengths: Ivey has useful outside length, competes at the catch point and contributes on special teams. Returning to a full schedule after knee surgery was encouraging.
Weaknesses: He has never started and rarely plays extended defensive snaps. Change-of-direction ability and playmaking production remain limited.
