Palmer is the smooth, intermediate-to-deep route runner in this group. If the injuries are truly behind him, his timing and ability to separate outside can make him a valuable complementary target.
Strengths: Route precision, deep separation, veteran experience and catch reliability.
Weaknesses: Recent knee and ankle injuries derailed his 2025 and he must rebuild game-to-game rhythm.

Palmer is a useful grown-up receiver: he understands coverage, can work outside and has already posted a 769-yard season in this league. His first Bills year had some efficient moments before the ankle issue shut it down. A six fits a dependable rotation option with starter experience. With Moore and Coleman around, Palmer does not have to be the headliner; he has to stay healthy and keep winning the intermediate throws.
Strengths: He brings experienced route-running, reliable boundary size and a demonstrated ability to produce on intermediate and downfield targets. Palmer's career sample shows he can handle starting-level snaps when called upon.
Weaknesses: The ankle injury interrupted his 2025 Buffalo season, and the new receiver competition may cap volume. He has to re-establish availability and separate consistently enough to avoid becoming only situational depth.
