Keon Coleman Scouting Report (4)
If Coleman becomes the dependable possession target while Kincaid works the middle and Buffalo retains its deep threats, Allen's receiving corps suddenly looks much more complete.
Coleman wins differently than Buffalo's quick separators: he can impose himself at the catch point and give Josh Allen a big target when coverage is tight. Better releases are the lever that can unlock the rest.
Strengths: Size, catch radius, contested catches, red-zone potential and improved releases.
Weaknesses: Needs to translate camp flashes into regular-season consistency and create more separation early in routes.
Coleman can still make the plays that make you sit up: big frame, contested-ball comfort and enough burst to turn a catch into a chunk gain. But his second year was choppy after an electric Week 1, so the third season matters. A six is honest. The tools and early production remain encouraging; now he needs cleaner separation, fewer quiet weeks and a role that survives the competition around him.
Strengths: He offers size, catch-radius confidence and a history of explosive receptions. Coleman can win above the rim, handle contact and give Allen a useful target when plays get extended.
Weaknesses: His 2025 production and role were inconsistent after a hot start. He must sharpen route detail and create more routine separation so his impact does not depend primarily on difficult contested catches.
