Elarms-Orr plays fast and arrives with a serious tackling résumé. Buffalo has given him early opportunities, and his combination of range and physicality makes him a real candidate to earn more than special-teams snaps.
Strengths: Speed, tackling, college production, range, physicality and three-phase potential.
Weaknesses: Rookie processing against NFL offenses and a crowded inside-linebacker room.

Elarms-Orr arrives with the kind of tape you want from a developmental inside linebacker: 130 tackles, 11 tackles for loss and real effort every snap. He has the build to take on the middle and the chance to learn from Bernard before being rushed into a huge role. I have him at a six because the college production is hard to ignore, but he is still a rookie who must learn pro coverage calls and block destruction.
Strengths: He is productive, physical and takes pride in finishing tackles. Elarms-Orr has enough size to work inside, a strong motor and demonstrated blitz value rather than relying solely on cleanup tackles.
Weaknesses: NFL coverage speed and communication will be a steep adjustment. He must prove he can separate from bigger blockers and avoid overpursuit before earning a regular defensive workload.
