Bailey has a much better college résumé than his tiny NFL stat line suggests, especially in coverage and around the ball. He has already done the practice-squad-to-active-roster climb, but Reserve/Injured status makes health the priority. A three is cautious. If he gets back, special teams and those college instincts give him a realistic path to carve out a role.
Strengths: He produced across the board in college, including interceptions and passes defensed, and brings useful special-teams experience. Bailey has shown persistence in navigating the practice-squad-to-active-roster path.
Weaknesses: He has little NFL defensive production and is currently reserve/injured. He must prove health, physical readiness and ability to translate college coverage instincts against professional speed.
