Turner has the athletic makeup to become a useful interior disruptor, but this season begins with patience. The priority is a full recovery before asking him to resume his development.
Strengths: Quickness, strength, SEC background and meaningful developmental upside.
Weaknesses: ACL recovery postpones his availability and leaves his immediate role uncertain.

Turner is still a bet on traits. The Bears took him in the second round because the 293-pound frame, violence and Texas A&M production were obvious, but he played only five games as a rookie and is now on PUP. Six tackles and two tackles for loss are not enough to judge him. I have him at a five because the upside is real, while health and actual NFL pass-rush production are still entirely unresolved.
Strengths: He has powerful hands, a dense interior frame and enough athleticism to align across the front. Turner's college résumé shows disruption, especially when he can attack gaps instead of sitting still on blocks.
Weaknesses: He produced no sacks in five rookie games and now loses more development time on PUP. Pad level, consistency and a reliable rush plan remain unfinished against NFL linemen.
