Bell has the route-running profile to work his way into a pass-heavy rotation quickly. His first task is staying healthy and making the full playbook feel as natural as it did in college.
Strengths: Separation, production, three-level route potential and strong hands concentration.
Weaknesses: Rookie learning curve and a camp injury limited his early momentum.

Bell arrives with the kind of college target volume that tells you he understands how to get open, not just how to look good in workouts. His preseason tape also showed a little fun: a physical first-down catch and a 28-yard rushing score. A five is an optimistic rookie grade. The Bills can use him in motion and manufactured touches while he learns the pro details and proves that his separation travels against NFL corners.
Strengths: He was a high-volume, productive college receiver and has shown quick utility as both a pass catcher and runner. Bell's compact frame, route feel and willingness to play fast give him scheme-versatile developmental appeal.
Weaknesses: He has no regular-season NFL sample, and a 5-foot-11 receiver must consistently win with timing and separation. The transition from UConn's target share to a deep Buffalo receiver room will test his release craft and play strength.
