Grable's value starts with positional flexibility. He is a young reserve who has to make every practice rep count while staying ready to cover either tackle or guard in a pinch.
Strengths: Size, tackle-guard flexibility, youth and active-roster depth value.
Weaknesses: Limited established NFL production and past injury interruption.

Grable is still a projection, but he is not just a camp body. He has already started twice and brings the sort of tackle/guard flexibility coaches want from the back half of a line room. The next step is simple: stay available and make the ordinary protections boring. A four is fair for a young reserve whose value is real but whose body of NFL work is still thin.
Strengths: He has already logged starts and offers alignment flexibility from his UCF background. Grable's size and ability to cover more than one line spot give Buffalo useful depth insurance.
Weaknesses: Five career games leave plenty unproven, and his early availability has been interrupted. He needs cleaner hand placement and more consistent anchor work before Buffalo can count on him for an extended starting stretch.
