Onyedim has the first step and heavy hands to become a real three-down interior player. Denver can bring him along in a strong room instead of asking for everything immediately.
Strengths: First step, length, hands, run defense, athleticism and character.
Weaknesses: Rookie technique refinement and a pass-rush plan that needs NFL seasoning.

Onyedim is a nice fit for Denver's type of front: active, versatile and comfortable doing more than one job. His 2025 Texas A&M line shows a player who can find the ball as well as get into the backfield. A five keeps the rookie rating measured. With Allen and company around him, he can develop without having to be the immediate answer.
Strengths: He has a strong first step, useful interior versatility and a recent college season with real tackle-for-loss production. Onyedim brings starting experience and the athletic profile to grow into several defensive-line roles.
Weaknesses: He has no NFL regular-season evidence and must adjust to stronger interior blockers and faster processing. Denver's depth may limit early snaps, so he has to make every rotational opportunity count.
