18 tackles and 3 sacks for a dt is nuts, 2 pass breakups too. he's a handful every snap
3 sacks and 14 tackles at 32, that's crazy. 1.5 sacks vs houston in the win. colts are 1-2 but he's been great.
Buckner still changes protection plans. His length, power and nonstop effort create pressure from the middle even when the sack total is modest. Health is the key after an injury-shortened 2025, but when he is available the Colts have a true defensive centerpiece.
Strengths: Length, power, interior pass rush and excellent run-game disruption. He can overwhelm guards, affect throwing lanes and command attention that helps the edge rushers.
Weaknesses: The 2025 neck/injured-reserve history makes availability the main question. At 32, the Colts should manage his snaps intelligently to keep his impact fresh.
