Wallow gave the team a decent return after arriving in December. He barely played on defense in the regular season, then had to start twice in the playoffs and finished with 12 tackles and a pass breakup. That is exactly what you want from the last linebacker on the roster: play special teams, stay ready and avoid a disaster when injuries hit. I have him at a five. He is not a playmaker or a long-term starter, but he has enough experience and range to keep the defense organized for a short stretch.
Strengths: Wallow has special-teams experience, good pursuit effort and enough defensive background to step into an emergency start. His playoff response showed preparation and the ability to tackle reliably under pressure.
Weaknesses: He has only five starts and 38 defensive tackles across five seasons, so the impact ceiling is limited. He does not consistently defeat blocks or create splash plays and is best protected in a reserve role.
